The Bars® are 32 points on the head, that when lightly touched start to unravel stuck points of view, belief systems, ideas, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. A session is 30 or 60 minutes (your choice) and is very relaxing and nurturing for the brain and body.

The Energetic Facelift is a very nurturing process. It not only helps you look younger, it also energizes and rejuvenates the cells of the entire body. It appears to have permanent results when done at least 20 times. It is an incredibly nurturing process for the whole being.
